Organic Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix

8 pancakes (approx.)–combine 1 1/3 cup dry pancake mix, 7 ounces water, 1 egg, 2 Tablespoons oil

16 pancakes (approx.)–combine 2 2/3 cup dry pancake mix, 14 ounces water, 2 eggs, 4 Tablespoons oil

24 pancakes (approx.)–combine full bag dry mix, 21 ounces water, 3 eggs (beaten), 6 tablespoons oil

Whisk all ingredients until well blended. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a preheated (300°) nonstick griddle. Cook about 3 minutes or until bubbles form (adjust heat as necessary). Flip over and cook one minute (or till golden brown).

*For premium taste and texture, we recommend using extra light olive oil.
**Use less water for thicker pancakes or more water for thinner pancakes.

 

Waffles

Combine 1 1/3 cup dry mix, 8 ounces water, 1 egg (beaten), 3 tablespoons oil

Whisk all ingredients until blended well. Pour batter onto preheated and lightly greased waffle iron. Cook until golden brown or according to waffle iron instructions. Makes approximately three to four 7″ waffles.
